BPC-157 Tendon & Ligament Repair Protocol
Tendon, ligament, and soft-tissue recovery
Overview
BPC-157 is one of the most widely discussed "recovery" peptides in enthusiast circles, most often used around an existing soft-tissue injury (tendon/ligament strain, joint irritation) or a period of heavy training load. Community convention favors dosing close to the injury site when practical, alongside a systemic dose.
Dosing schedule
Informational only — not medical advice.
| Phase | Amount | Frequency | Timing | Route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 250–500 mcg | 1–2x/day | AM and/or pre-training | subcutaneous injection |
Administration
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Many users inject subcutaneously near the affected joint/tendon in addition to (or instead of) a systemic abdominal injection. Refrigerate after reconstitution; commonly cited as one of the more stable reconstituted peptides.
Cycle length
4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Often run continuously through an injury's recovery window, then discontinued.
Stacking
- TB-500 — Commonly paired for soft-tissue recovery — different mechanism (actin regulation vs. growth-factor pathways), community convention is the two are complementary.
Precautions
- Not studied in controlled human trials at meaningful scale — nearly all data is preclinical/rodent.
- Discontinue and seek medical attention for any signs of allergic reaction at the injection site.
- Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or with a history of cancer (angiogenesis-related theoretical concern).
