Kisspeptin-10 HPG-Axis Protocol

HPG-axis (reproductive hormone) signaling support

AdvancedKisspeptin-10Last reviewed 2026-08-29

Overview

Kisspeptin-10 acts upstream in the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, stimulating GnRH release. Its short half-life (minutes) means community protocols use small, frequent doses rather than once-daily dosing — very different from most other peptides in this reference.

Dosing schedule

PhaseAmountFrequencyTimingRoute
Standard25–50 mcg2–3x/daysubcutaneous injection

Administration

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. Given the short half-life, dosing is typically spread through the day rather than bolused once.

Cycle length

4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Precautions

  • Acts directly on the reproductive hormone axis — not appropriate for use without understanding baseline hormone levels; bloodwork before/during use is standard practice among experienced users.
  • Very limited long-term human safety literature outside fertility-research contexts.
  • Not appropriate for anyone with a hormone-sensitive condition without medical guidance.
